16. Turnitin throws a lot of false positives, so I wouldn't worry too much. Even quoting something verbatim and then appropriately referencing it will probably throw up a red flag - your lecturer will check this, see it's nothing to worry about and move on. I got 15% once because I had loads of paraphrased references and quotes.
