Requested a transfer to another provider 2 weeks before the due date. Transfer was accepted on the maturity date and moved to Cash ISA Matured Funds paying 0.1%.
Jul 2, 2024 · Shawbrook use the BACs ISA transfer service so as long as the ISA provider you're transferring from also uses the service, then the transfer should be reasonably quick. My transfer took 4 days from opening the account (and requesting the transfer) to the funds being credited, but I expect that included a delay of 1-2 days due to opening the account on a Saturday.

Aug 2, 2023 · 3 August 2023 at 10:54PM. they don't have an app but I have found that Shawbrook is one of the fastest transferrers of your money in the business. On top of that they are always helpful on the phone ( never any queues) and can resolve any problems straightaway whilst you are still on the phone with them.
Oct 16, 2018 · Shawbrook might offer the high (est) rates but I wonder if you factor in this loss of interest the rate is really quite lower. 5 days interest lost means 5/365 lost of the annual rate - which, if that was, say, 2% means you actually get 360/365 of 2% which is 1.97%. So it's not 'really quite lower' just a weeny bit lower.

Everything seems to run at snail's pace - don't expect to do anything quickly! Withdrawals (without using a secure message to customer services) are only possible via online banking if you have a nominated account setup.
