Currently, the new Outlook for Windows only supports adding Microsoft Accounts with an Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com or MSN.com email address. You can do this in Settings > Accounts > Email Accounts, or by clicking the "Add Account” button in the bottom of the folder list.
