6 days ago · We had a new hatch to fit the ladder and boarding out most of our loft, I think it came to about £3k but it involved more than the minimum. I don't think it will cost a fortune. You should still have eaves access storage, most loft conversions will include this and plenty of room for suitcases / Christmas tree etc.
