3 days ago · I moved Decklink from old PC to new one's PCI Express Gen3 x4 slot, but both new Windows11 device manager and Desktop Video v12.3 can't detect DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K. I applied the firmware update of DeckLink and turning off Secure Boot on BIOS, but there are no effect.
