Sep 12, 2021 · You have to get the phone to the bootloader screen. From off, hold the power button down. When it vibrates, switch to the down volume button and hold until the menu appears. Now run the autoloader.
Mar 20, 2024 · First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!
Jun 8, 2022 · Is there anyway (with key combination) to do the reset again? I have downloaded the blackberry software, but of course, it won't run on my later model Mac either Press and hold down the Power button, Volume UP and Volume DOWN buttons all at the same time.
If your BlackBerry KEY2 LE is unresponsive and cannot be turned on or you can't open your phone's settings app, the preferred reset method should be a hard reset from the recovery mode. You can access the recovery mode using its power and volume buttons.
