When I turned the phone on I get the ability to put in my pass code but beyond that if I try and use any app that requires me to put in text or numbers e.g messaging people or even using the search bar in settings, a blank grey rectangle appears where the keyboard should be but with no keys ( I have tried just touching the rectangle where the key should be and nothing shows up).
