When the Key2 has fully booted, the MyPhoneExplorer program also recognizes the phone and can download data, but unfortunately the phone keeps crashing and the connection is lost.
I turned the computer back on, the monitor blinks off for a few seconds then blinks on for a one second. In that one second I get this message from the picture. As soon as I plug in a mouse or keyboard, the monitor gets no signal instantly. I tired a different mouse and keyboard, same thing happens.
