I can play anything I want and control the volume with my phone buttons using PlexAmp. I can play over my wired speakers connected to an Airplay compatible device while I cast to Sonos. I bought my PlexPass a decade ago for cheap. I think it would be worth it today at whatever they charge for a lifetime pass. I use it for movies and tv as well.
