4 days ago · Moved to digital voice, but its not working. Go to solution. I've got my new hub, around 7 days ago, its setup and working and i've had texts from BT sating digital voice is going live. My Broadband is fine, but I still have to plug (Brand New) Analogue phone into the BT outlet for it to work. When plugged into the router, it does nothing at all.
4 days ago · I spoke with a BT person over the phone following a fault - slow speeds. He factory reset the modem and I tested the speeds and they had gotten much worse. He said it can take up to 72 hours for a factory reset to properly take effect. I asked why, he said it needs to download information.

I had enquired about a house move from property A to property B they sent me the next bill which was due to be £132. Once I saw this was the case I called back up and cancelled the house move.

Service Menu Options are: DTCs, Audio, Display, Key input, Component menus, Version info, Reset, Touchscreen. You want to select "Reset". Reset options: Pre-calibration reset: Restores fatory default settings.
