And I cannot select reset from settings, because my mobile is permantely stuck doing an update loop so I never have a chance to enter settings to select a reset there. I even tried downloading some software recommended on youtube, but Norton AV removes them saying they are malware. Holding down volume up and power does not work.

Aye crazy to think about it but that’s the situation we are faced with. It’s even crazier to think that so many people are now scared in regards to online security etc etc and still blackberry has never been revived and or thought about since the key series phones.
