Here's a bit more detail on what happens when I try to wake the PC: The fans start running, then there's a click, and it turns off. 1-3 seconds later, the fans and lights pop back on for 5-10 seconds, and it clicks off again. This cycle repeats several times before it eventually boots to the recovery screen.
