Feb 1, 2024 · How can I reset my lock code on the SmartCode 913? To reset your lock code on the SmartCode 913, follow these steps: Keep the door open. Press and HOLD the Program button until the keypad flashes green (about 5 seconds). Enter a new Mastercode. Make sure to avoid timeouts by completing each step within 5 seconds.
Make sure the Mastercode has not already been programmed. Attempt the procedure again, making sure to enter the same new Mastercode in step 2 and 4. Make sure switch #3 is on, and press the Program button once. If you hear three beeps and see the keypad flash green, the Mastercode is enabled.
