Both ITVHD and C4HD appear on all of my Freesat kit -- two TVs, one Sony, one LG, an Arris Freesat PVR and a Manhattan SX receiver. C4HD is not regional, or at least it wasn't, in that C4 use the London region to feed the channel nationally.

If you own an LG TV, and have not opted-in to auto-updates, you will have to ensure your software is up to date to get Freesat.

The system is designed to allow the same series Crid for all programmes with the same name provided that there is not a gap of more than 13 weeks between events (a posh way of saying a new episode).
