6 hours ago · If that doesn't work install the update with itunes/finder in recovery mode and if that doesn't work restore it using itunes/finder then restore the backup. Unless you have a backup from the other phone your going to put on this phone then you'll need to erase it anyways. You can only restore a backup during setup.
