While this won't help with the BTMail app it will hopefully allow you to log onto your email account and will rule out or in any problem with the email account. 0 Ratings. Reply.

I'd recently read an article and seen that BT no longer offers email addresses to new customers or existing customers that never set up email addresses previously. It said existing email customers are unaffected for now but is this a prelude to BT eventually ceasing email services altogether?

You can stop it doing that by going into the settings found by clicking on your username at the top right then go to "Mail" in the left hand column and in the General Settings that is opened untick the box "view next mail after delete/move". 1 Rating. Apr 25, 2024 · Authenticating. Hello, I have the BT email app on my iPhone 12. When I go into my emails first thing there is an authenticating message that just goes round & round for ages. It takes about 30 minutes before I can actually read my emails. Is there any way that I can turn-off the authenticating message. Any help will be much appreciated.
