May 26, 2009 · Remove EVAP Valve and spray inlet with WD40. Then bring 12V in to it. You should hear and feel clicks. Change polarization of power supply and spray WD40 again. After that, put all back together and start engine. If you not hear and feel clicking, just knock on valve. My start working on third whack.
