Select Shortcut and type https://mail.yahoo.com web address in the address bar. Click on Next and Finish. Check if the shortcut icon is created on the desktop.

Settings-Apps-Installed Apps-Mail & Calendar advanced options-Scroll down and terminate the running processes. As soon as I re-opened the mail app all my yahoo emails starting downloading from the server. Hope this helps someone.

Jan 4, 2023 · The Mail ap in Windows 11 is not displaying emails I receive on my Yahoo account. I have done everything I can find online to fix this - removed and re-installed the accounts, changed settings, repaired the ap..... When I search the inbox using the senders name, the 'missing' emails all appear, but when I clear the search, they are gone again.
So for example Chrome go to your Yahoo mail. Then click the More Tools - Create shortcut. This will put it on your desktop then you can drag it to your taskbar. And then if delete from desktop that extra shortcut if you dont' want it.
