I booked a holiday through OTB and got a call the next day saying that as the children are 15 & 12 years old, they need to put the price up by 600 pounds !

Hoping some of the more consumer rights/legal minded posters on here can help me with attempting to get some form of compensation/refund from On The Beach for a recent holiday booked through them. - Holiday booked included flights, accommodation and private transfers for a total value of £1,197.60.

There was a parking ticket from 15.40 to 16.40 (which they do not mention) and the notice says that the car entered the car park at 15.18 and left at 16.56.

I've always booked with Jet2 for my holidays but there has been some great prices come up for us using Onthebeach and Love Holidays, which has caught my eye. It's flying with Ryanair which I haven't used before too.

We received a PCN from them this week, after parking at a beach car park in Cornwall. I paid for our parking by credit card, the parking ticket was printed and we displayed it in the windscreen.

Your booking reference is a 7 digit alphanumeric code that I think will start with E.
