Lately they have been repliyng to emails.after unusual delays, then with non specific, not really relevant, answers - as if they had not read my emails.

  8. May 31, 2024 · 31 May at 8:54PM. I was moved over to Octopus Energy from Shell in February. I am on a fixed tariff with monthly billing but Octopus seem incapable of billing when they should. In 3 months I’ve been billed 10 times, ranging from usage for 1 day up to 6 weeks. The billing also includes estimated bills even though I’m on a smart meter.

Have recently moved house, existing supply was Octopus, had a letter from them today to register etc, which i have done. Said i was still able to enter a referral code, found one on the net, but when i click the box to enter code ( before even typing in the actual code ) nothing happens.

I requested a refund of £400 which was approved and I received the refund in to my bank. Then in April 2023, after they took a meter reading, although I am on a smart meter, they claimed my account was in debit of £570.90.
