Aug 21, 2020 · The Windows Live Mail folder is what I was referring to as the stores folder. With Windows Live Mail program closed, open C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail. Select all the files and folders inside the Windows Live Mail folder and delete them. Then you can open Windows Live Mail program and set up your account.

Consider that to boot in UEFI Mode you will need a UEFI partition or a UEFI NTFS Driver or a bios that support NTFS booting.
