Oct 18, 2024 · So fed up of this now. ITV channels keep disappearing and no matter what codes I use I can't find them. ITV3 hasn't worked since the day after I last posted when I got it to work but then ITV1 disappeared and when I got that back ITV3 disappeared again and now ITV3+ has gone too.

Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link. It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.
Jan 28, 2024 · Issues are for ITV1 ONLY on both live tv and playback where it's been restarted as though it's a tv recording (I.e looks like live tv recording on q); 1) resuming a paused programme stops the tv from working. 2) rewind will often cause the tv to stop working. 3) in the rare cases rewind works if we fast forward later on it stops the tv working.
Oct 5, 2023 · When selecting channel 103 it states there is an issue with the satellite signal. All other channels are working fine, the signal strength is 60 and the quality is 90. I have attempted to manually tune ITV1 HD and this works fine, so unsure why channel 103 will not show the programs. I have carried ...
Jan 8, 2024 · putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds. switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions. I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer. Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi. Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband.

Jun 30, 2023 · One additional feature which would put icing on the cake, would be if there is a way to get the new ITV1 cannel onto the Sky TV guide - this would allow me to setup to record future programmes. Once again many thanks.
Mar 4, 2024 · Have noticed that ITV1 channel 103 is no longer in HD on my main SKY Q box, but it is on the additional box I have in the bedroom. Any ideas why we have lost HD for that channel. BBC1, BBC2 are still HD, just ITV1 HD has gone.
