For some reason, the Magic Storage mod will accept some items into storage but not others. Items it doesn't take in aren't just deleted, they simply aren't put in in the first place. So far it's eaten: Green Solution, all mech souls, and a variety of ore. Works perfectly fine with armors and weapons.
