Voladeros. VOLADEROS is the first Mountain Wine to be produced in Malaga since the end of the XIX century. The new project of the Victoria Ordóñez Winery recovers the production of the famed Mountain Wine with the most esteemed Pedro Ximenez grapes in Malaga: those from the estates of the Natural Park Montes de Malaga. Feb 11, 2022 · Before 1878, the Montes was the cradle of the most renowned Malaga wines with Pedro Ximénez the king. Victoria Ordóñez, a winemaker committed to its recovery, recalls, "It was mentioned for the first time in Malaga in 1540, with the old name of Pero Ximén, which is the one I prefer to use."

About us. Wine has been part of Victoria Ordóñez’s life for as long as she can remember. Her father, José María Ordóñez, was a pioneer of the Spanish wine industry, distributing fine wines across the Province of Malaga since the ’50s.
Apr 6, 2023 · In her active exploration of Montes de Málaga, Victoria Ordóñez has been able to purchase seven hectares of vineyards, a good part of which are clustered in a beautiful, organically certified estate, with a small farmhouse, old vines winding down the hillside, and fruit trees dotted here and there.
