Feb 23, 2022 · My Blackberry passport got stuck at wifi setup after I wiped it. I connected it to my home wifi, but it does not show the next button. I tried autoloading it but it seems useless. Tried the screen reader steps too but the phone went silent at the wifi screen so nothing to do.

Oct 25, 2022 · To perform a hard reset, remove the battery for a few seconds and then reinsert. For a soft reset, press and hold the Alt, Right-Shift, and Backspace/Delete keys. To restore your Blackberry to its original factory settings, go to Options > Security Settings > Security Wipe.

• If the Wi-Fi network that you want doesn't appear on the Wi-Fi settings screen, it might be hidden. If you know the network name, try connecting to the Wi-Fi network manually. • Check that Mobile Hotspot mode is off. If Mobile Hotspot mode is on, your device can't connect to a Wi-Fi network.
User Guide • If you switched Wi-Fi networks manually, switch to another Wi-Fi network or set your BlackBerry device to scan for available Wi-Fi networks. • If your wireless service provider supports UMA, verify that your connection preference is not set to Mobile Network Only.
