I don't know your router, but it seem, that it don't give DHCP generated IPs through WiFi or DHCP don't work in general. The WiFi devices need IP from the same network subnet (192.186.0.xxx). Set your Laptop manually to a right IP-Address. If this works, WiFi in general works.
