Dec 3, 2023 · CGI helped to morph the Vancouver skyline into Metropolis, such as placing the Daily Planet globe on top of one skyscraper, while shots of Chicago's skyline helped to compose wide shots of the city in later seasons. Given that Metropolis clearly isn't a real city, it worked well to mix shots from different cities without issue.
