Nov 22, 2012 · Hey thanks F2 for the reply. Have tried the first and third shut down operations already. That hasn't worked. What happens is that the Playbook is fully functional in all other operations. What happened was the Playbook is a full 5 days old. The only app that was downloaded (other than what already came with the playbook) was Mah-Jong.
