Jun 24, 2020 · Hi Greg. Thanks for your quick response. I did try to restore to before the updates, but it asked for the password of the administrator. I also tried to uninstall the updates, but again it asked for the administrator password 😭
Go to Accounts - Family and other People. Click 'Add someone else to this PC'. Follow the prompts to create a new account. Close the settings app. Log out of that user account. Log into your new account. Click the Start Button, type netplwiz and hit Enter. In the resulting dialog, select the old account and click 'Remove'.
