I have had a PB for a while and suddenly the Wifi stopped connecting, I have had reset it to the factory setting now I can't get bast the Wifi setup option. Can someone help me with some direction to get past this point? Note: I have also gone via the Desktop Manager setup and it won't allow me to go any further without completion of the setup.

I have an early version of the PB, with a recessed power button, running 2.0.1.358. The touchscreen has become completely unresponsive; no swiping, tapping, nothing.

Use iGrann or the mobile site. iGrann's just doing nothing and sitting at the login screen too, so I'll just use the mobile site. Edit: The mobile site just dumps me back to the login screen every time as well, so I'm stuck. Yay.
Blocked or broken USB port. Plug the tablet into a charger. If the battery icon on the screen doesn’t show a lightning bolt or the charging LED does not blink, it is not charging. Try gently wiggling the connector. If the device charges only when the connector is held in a specific position, you may need to repair the USB port using this guide.

Sep 14, 2020 · Key2 - wiped with autoloader, can't get past setup screens. Will not detect sim card, nor wifi networks. Any way to get past the setup screen? can't swipe from the top to get a menu. toolbar buttons don't help. I have tried manually entering wifi information, doesn't work. I'm thinking it may have an antenna hardware issue. tks
