Aug 23, 2015 · I know that there are some countries that haven't been included in the setup. You may have a problem with your wifi router as well. Try rebooting your router or If you can try the setup using a different router (at a friend's house for example OR some have had good luck at a wifi Hotspot--coffee shop etc).
Sep 14, 2020 · Key2 - wiped with autoloader, can't get past setup screens. Will not detect sim card, nor wifi networks. Any way to get past the setup screen? can't swipe from the top to get a menu. toolbar buttons don't help. I have tried manually entering wifi information, doesn't work. I'm thinking it may have an antenna hardware issue. tks
Aug 15, 2012 · Great advice.....did the reset with the blackberry software, left it for about 3-4 hours...and the green switched to solid on. had to let it sit on the open screen as the new firmware was being installed or whatever...but after about 15 mins...bam, welcome screen. thanks so much for the helpful advice!!
