Reboot won`t help on that. In that case , you really need to reformat the phone so that it will revert to factory default settings , to do it first you need to press and hold Volume up and the Volume down and then turn the phone on and you will see the navigation screen and select the reset option and press OK and reboot the phone and you should be good to go.
