Dec 4, 2019 · Couple of things to try: Clear the device’s cache partition and check if this resolves the problem. Here’s a link that shows how to do it. DO NOT select wipe data/factory reset as this will erase all your data and downloaded apps and restore the tablet to its’ factory default condition.

I had to purchase a micro-USB to Female USB OTG cable to resolve my issue. The micro-USB end connects to the phone (where the power cable connects) and connect a keyboard into the female usb end. Power cycle the phone (for the phone to recognize the keyboard ) and just enter the password using the keyboard.
