At the first step, you should press the Power key to switch on the screen. Nextly, open the main menu and choose Settings. Scroll the list of options and search for the System. Now, tap Reset options. Select the initial reset option: Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth. In this step, tap the Reset Settings button to Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth.

You may need to use a OTP (One-time passcode, learn more here about how to set up that) to enroll your device in Google Account Manager, Google Settings, and Blackberry Google ID. I recommend you play that as you go and see if you need one or not.

First of all you should turn on your device by using the Power Button. Open icon menu on your home screen and start Settings. Scroll down and tap Backup & Reset. In the next step choose Network Settings Reset. Read the text above and tap Reset Settings several times. Excellent!
