Sep 25, 2023 · I have an old Blackberry Classic sitting around that i'd like to sell. However, it won't let me input my blackberry ID password in order to reset to factory settings. I'm assuming because blackberry turned off their servers a couple years ago. Any other work-around to get this device to reset to factory default settings?
Mar 6, 2023 · Press and hold the Alt key, the Right Shift key, and the Delete key simultaneously. Release the keys once the Blackberry screen turns off. Wait for the device to reboot. This may take a few minutes. If a soft reset does not resolve the issue or if you’re unable to perform one due to a forgotten password, proceed to the next method.
