3 days ago · Tue Jun 16, 2020 5:55 am. SO here is what I learned. The USB C cable is not the same as Thunderbolt 3. Thunderbolt 3 has lightning bolts on the USB-C connectors and can handle 40GB/s. Once I had the proper cable everything started to light up and using the Blackmagic software I now have video and for some programs video and audio are working.

4 days ago · Re: Reset ATEM mini to factory default state. From the ATEM software, chose "Clear Startup state" from the file menu. This resets the operational parameters of the switcher to OOTB, but will doubtfully do anything for the USB connection. Your issue is likely a bad cable, privacy settings, or bad drivers in Windows.
