Jul 8, 2019 · I have a Blackberry Keyone I bought late last year from AT&T. Around July 1st I got a notification that there was a software update for my phone. I now can't seem to access any photographs taken before June 28th and I have a yellow warning shield saying "Unused permissions detected".... any advice for either retrieving my pictures or fixing what may be another issue?

Enter it incorrectly 10 times, and the PlayBook will wipe itself and you can start over from scratch.
