Aug 4, 2020 · Hi, thanks for the response. I am unable to purchase (from the AT&T online store) a SIM card without adding a phone line. I am also unable to create a new account, necessary for what you describe above, without a phone number. I do, of course, have a phone, but it is a corporate phone and I do not have access to the account.
