Found this in my girlfriends storage and did a factory reset on it. Boots up fine but going through the setup routine I get stuck on the "Agreement" page. The drop down doesn't show any country. I did a bit of digging and saw suggestions to "unbrick" via the desktop software but when I try to "update" it says no update was found.
