Apr 30, 2024 · To perform a reset, first, take out the battery pack from the lock. Then, press and hold the Program button while you reinsert the battery pack into the lock. Be sure to keep holding the Program button for a full 30 seconds, until you hear the lock beep and see the status LED flash red.
