Dec 17, 2015 · I've had my priv for about 3 weeks now, and in the last week (maybe following the latest updates, I'm not sure), the phone would restart randomly. It's happened while opening an email on the hub, starting a facebook video, opening reddit on chrome - all mundane things and (i think) not intensive.

Hey guys, I want to do a factory reset on my Priv due to a couple little issues I've been trying to fix: double-tap to unlock screen only works some of the time and the screen no longer displays during phone calls when pulling the phone away from my head.
Just log in 10 times with the wrong password or wrong pattern etc., then the phone will delete everything down to factory reset level, and restarts from scratch again.
