Harold Holcroft (1882-1973) was a British railway and mechanical engineer and author who worked for the Great Western Railway, the South Eastern and Chatham Railway and the Southern Railway. He was born in Wolverhampton in 1882 and died in Tadworth Surrey on 15 February 1973.
