Misawa Air Base (三沢飛行場, Misawa Hikōjō) (IATA: MSJ, ICAO: RJSM) is an air base of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF), the United States Air Force, and the United States Navy located in Misawa, Aomori, in the northern part of the island of Honshū of Japan.

Misawa Air Base is the only joint service installation in the Western Pacific. Four US military branches (Space Force, Air Force, Navy, and Army) are working together with the Japanese Air-Self Defense Force (JASDF) to accomplish the mission.
