Born in Spain to Gambian parents, Susoho moved to England at the age of 11 and is fluent in Catalan as well as English. His journey with Manchester City began in 2017.

In 2021/22, he was a regular for City’s Under-18 Premier League title winning side, playing on 17 occasions. Mahamadou progressed to the EDS for the 2022/23 season and made 20 appearances across all competitions.
