Dave MacDonald (born 23 Jul 1936 El Monte, California; died 30 May 1964 Indianapolis, Indiana). Killed, along with Eddie Sachs, in a horrific accident on lap two and the resulting fireball (the burns of which MacDonald died of later in hospital), in the 1964 Indy 500.
