Surrey Institute of Art & Design, University College (SIAD) was an art college in the United Kingdom from 1994 to 2005. It was formed from the merger of West Surrey College of Art and Design (1969–1995) and Epsom School of Art and Design (1893–1995).
The School of Art & Design was opened in April 1973. Epsom School of Art and Design merged with West Surrey College of Art and Design to become the Surrey Institute for Art and Design in 1994.

The University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in Epsom, as it is now known is a specialist art and design university and there are currently around 1,300 students from all over the world studying here.
