  4. It’s just his dismissal of how she felt that’s annoying and makes me empathetic for Pam. I know Jim had his own feelings about it but it’s a partnership and a lot of big decisions have only been made my Jim. And that’s probably where the “drama” stems from. Pam just feels dismissed and irrelevant in that relationship.
