Thankfully, we got it all cleared up a year later and joined the United Counties League; stepping out at a revived Broadhall Way stadium to boot.

But it'd be four years before we took the step back up to senior action. We joined the United Counties League in 1980, enjoying instant success by winning the Division One and League Cup double in our first year of senior football.
