May 15, 2024 · Think wild nettle and spring onion risotto or seared Scottish sea trout, and there’s a great kids menu, plus Sunday roasts and Saturday brunch too. The meat and fish is market-fresh and there’s a strong no waste ethos. With meat, a nose to tail policy is in place meaning meat is butchered, prepared, and aged on site.
