    MOTD is on BBC One from 10.30pm on Saturday evenings following the BBC News, and finishes at 11.50pm. You can also stream the show live via the BBC iPlayer.

    Retired footballer Gary Lineker hosts MOTD and has done so since 1995. Each week he is joined by a panel of pundits, which in the past has included the likes of former players Micah Richards, Alan Hansen, Mark Lawrenson, Alan Shearer and Martin Keown.

    Highlights from every game played this Saturday – August 20 – will be shown on MOTD this evening. While the running order is not yet known, the show will feature highlights from the following games: 1. Tottenham Hotspur vs Wolves 2. Everton vs Nottingham Forest 3. Fulham vs Brentford 4. Leicester City vs Southampton 5. Bournemouth vs Arsenal

    If you can’t watch the show live, not to worry, as it will be made available on BBC iPlayer. The BBC websitestates that both Match of the Day and Match of the Day 2 will be available on BBC iPlayer ‘shortly after midnight on the day of broadcast.’

    Match Of The Day 2 – which is presented by Mark Chapman – is on BBC One on Sunday nights at the same time of 10.30pm. MOTD 2 shows highlights of all of Sunday’s matches, as well as shorter coverage of all of Saturday’s games, giving fans a more complete picture of the weekend’s Premier League action.
